Point cloud model

Within no more than one week of the survey, you will receive a link to a secure site to which the full point cloud model of your survey will be uploaded. You can navigate through the model between scan locations and measure any dimension.

Panoramic photography

If you opted to include it in your survey, the panoramic photography taken by our scanners will also be available through the same secure online portal. You can toggle between photographic and point cloud data. The process is much like Google Streetview.

Existing BIM Model

We will build an accurate 3D model, a “digital twin” if you will, of the surveyed property. This will be to a pre-agreed level of detail. We can share the original BIM file or export it as a file that can be opened in a free viewer.

2D Survey Drawings

If you have instructed a BIM model, the drawings will be generated from the model. If not, we will produce them directly from the point cloud model. Either way, they will contain all the standard survey information that you would expect, plus anything else that you might have requested when we quoted.

Proposed BIM Model

If we are appointed as Architect for the project, we will be able to quickly adapt the existing BIM model into a concept proposal. We can share the original BIM file or export it as a file that can be opened in a free viewer.
